Concorde Career College, a post-secondary health care career training provider with 16 campuses across 8 states, wanted a better way to stay connected with alumni after graduation. Working with **emfluence** and its marketing platform, the school needed an automated way to engage graduates, encourage referrals, gather testimonials, and direct alumni to employment resources.

**emfluence** built a four-part automated alumni email nurture series that touched graduates at 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, and 1 year after graduation, with CTAs for referrals, job-hunting help, alumni updates, mentoring, and story submissions. The campaign produced a 49.2% unique open rate, a 25% decrease in unsubscribes, and only 9 unsubscribes and 1 complaint across 11,774 emails sent; the first email alone averaged a 60.3% unique open rate.
