emfluence helped Concorde revise the email content to be more personalized, redesign the templates for easier reading, and expand the series from three emails to four, creating a ten-day nurture journey. The updated campaign helped drive a 12.4% increase in inquiries, a 1.4% increase in enrollments, and a 0.9% increase in starts, adding $1.42 million in revenue while keeping the marketing budget flat year over year.
