Emex delivered improved data capture and reporting processes

KAZ Minerals Group is a high‑growth copper company listed in London and Kazakhstan, employing around 13,000 people. Facing an internal re‑organisation, KAZ Minerals needed a user‑friendly, fully localised (Russian) HSE reporting system that could be easily integrated across subsidiaries and capture data for insights and compliance — Emex was selected to deliver that capability.

Emex implemented a single, localised HSE platform including Incident, Safety Observation, Data Reporting and Audit modules, customising the system to ICMM requirements and building dashboards and a mobile app. Using the Emex Data Capture and Reporting modules (including the Emex incident module) KAZ Minerals automated Corporate Sustainability Reporting, unified and centralised incident management and reporting, gained lagging and leading HSE indicators as a “single source of the truth,” and moved from reactive data capture to proactive, high‑quality reporting and analysis.
