Factor Bikes, a maker of ultra-performance carbon fibre bicycles, launched PRISMA STUDIO to take their online bike configurator into a new dimension. The challenge was to provide real-time 360° visuals of configurable frame zones, offer a full palette of colours and finishes that switch instantly, and enable customers to save, share and replay designs—directly in the browser with no apps or plug‑ins.

Using the Emersya platform, Factor defined customizable zones on the 3D model, added glossy, matt and metallic finishes, and generated unique browser-based viewer URLs integrated via API for instant updates. Customers can rotate and zoom the frameset, save or share a replayable URL, print or download a PDF screenshot of their configuration, and submit enquiries—delivering a seamless interactive 3D experience that increases engagement and streamlines sales with automatically generated configuration PDFs for Factor’s team.
