Altersource Tooling Systems, a distributor and trader of industrial cutting tools, needed a better way to manage sourcing, stock visibility, sales orders, and back-office documents for its small team. Using EMERGE App’s inventory management software, the company wanted to replace time-consuming Excel-based workflows and keep track of inventory, purchasing, and billing more efficiently.

EMERGE App implemented a workflow that lets Altersource Tooling Systems issue purchase orders, send PDF emails to suppliers, track actual versus physical stock across 500+ SKUs, manage drop shipping, and monitor supplier and customer payment terms in one system.
