Altersource Tooling Systems, a distributor and trader of industrial cutting tools, needed a better way to manage sourcing, stock visibility, sales orders, and back-office documents for its small team. As a result, Altersource gained a much more flexible process, reduced confusion over stock counts, improved order and document handling, and gave its sales and inventory teams more time to focus on growing sales and serving customers.
