University of Oklahoma - Customer Case Study

The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center Dietetic Internship Program needed a better way to manage student clinical hours and preceptor evaluations. The program relied on paper forms, fax, mail, and email to collect weekly summaries and performance scores, which made tracking difficult and time-consuming for staff. eMedley provided the tools used in the case study, including eCLAS and related applications, to help streamline these processes.

eMedley implemented a custom Weekly Summary module, automated evaluation management, and built reporting tied to ACEND Core Competencies. As a result, the University of Oklahoma gained quick access to clinical-hour and performance reports in just a few clicks, saving significant administrative time for the clinical coordinator and reducing paper handling across the program.
