Tulane University School of Medicine, a leading medical education center, was using eMedley's platform but needed to streamline its clinical scheduling process for third and fourth-year students without sacrificing flexibility. The challenge was to efficiently schedule rotations while accommodating student preferences, preceptor capacities, and clinical site availability.

eMedley implemented its Path-Based Scheduler to automate scheduling for third-year students. For fourth-year students, eMedley built a custom "Schedule Builder" within its application, creating a color-coded block schedule for easy adjustments. As a result, the school can now quickly and efficiently schedule all of its upper-year students, significantly streamlining its clerkship processes.
