Nova Southeastern University’s Physician Assistant programs, spread across multiple Florida campuses, needed a better way to compare programs, map curriculum to accreditation standards, and track clinical experiences. Vendor eMedley helped address this with its education management tools, including eCurriculum and clinical tracking capabilities, so the programs could more easily identify gaps, redundancies, and student experience data for accreditation reviews.

eMedley preloaded Nova’s standards, courses, objectives, rotation types, clinical sites, preceptors, and coding systems into the platform, and tailored the implementation for each campus. The result was rapid adoption and stronger reporting: within five months, students submitted more than 155,000 case logs, and the programs gained a much better way to monitor evaluations, performance, and compliance preparation for site visits.
