Subway restaurants used a mix of out of home media to dominate the Atlanta market

Subway worked with EMC Outdoor to strengthen its presence across Atlanta and other key southeastern markets. The challenge was to stay top-of-mind with consumers using a mix of out-of-home advertising in a crowded market.

EMC Outdoor developed an outdoor media campaign for Subway that combined billboards, truckside advertising, and posters to reach consumers at key traffic points, on surface streets, and near store locations. The campaign used frequent copy changes to keep messaging fresh and promote deals, and it proved highly effective: it drove enough traffic to be renewed for nearly five years and later expanded into additional states and markets.
