Boehringer Ingelheim turned to EMC Outdoor ahead of the annual ADA meeting in San Diego, looking for a way to reach conference attendees throughout the city during the event. The challenge was to connect with a highly targeted audience across multiple high-traffic locations, from the airport to the convention district and nearby dining and shopping areas.
EMC Outdoor developed a multi-media out-of-home campaign that included airport dioramas, mobile media such as segways, scooters, wrapped vehicles, bike taxis, a mobile video display, and a 100-foot branded sail. The program created a strong citywide presence and helped Boehringer Ingelheim dominate the San Diego market for the duration of the critical meeting.
