Embever developed a customized IoT solution for Stercom, integrating their CaaM Mini hardware for data capture and a Firmware-over-the-Air system for secure updates. This provided Stercom with a comprehensive dashboard for actionable insights. The outcome allows Stercom to offer a new predictive maintenance product, leading to proactive support, significantly reduced downtime, lower operating costs, and increased customer satisfaction.
