Plutio is an all-in-one business management platform for freelancers and small businesses. Founder Leo Bassam wanted to better use customer feedback and social proof on the website to build trust and improve conversions. With EmbedSocial’s EmbedReviews, Plutio connected its Facebook Page to pull reviews in real time and also collected new reviews directly through a native review-generation tool on its website. The embeddable review widgets helped Plutio display social proof throughout the site, which Leo said increased click-throughs on the main call to action and helped boost conversions.
