Ticket Time, a family entertainment arcade in Southport, Queensland owned by Luke Phillips, opened in June 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic and severe interstate travel restrictions. Facing reduced tourism, limited staff and strict government requirements for capacity management, contact tracing and social distancing, Ticket Time needed a system that could act like staff while preserving a great customer experience.
