WaFd Bank, with over 200 branches across the United States, wanted to become a 'Digital First' bank to improve customer experience. To achieve this, they partnered with NewReach, who utilized the embed signage platform to develop and deploy a comprehensive digital communications strategy for their branches.

The solution involved deploying a mix of Samsung, BrightSign, and Windows devices running embed signage software. Leveraging embed's features like conditional play, scheduling, and multi-device support, NewReach delivered highly localized content, including transparent LED signage for ATMs. The project, which started in 2020, has been successfully deployed in over 20 branches, with plans to expand further. WaFd's marketing executive called it a "WOW project," and the implementer stated the project couldn't have happened without embed signage.
