HR²Results is a long-established developer of human capital management systems offering an all‑in‑one cloud solution for applicant tracking, onboarding, HR, benefits and payroll. Facing pressure to speed time to market and support highly configurable, regulatory‑driven client needs, the company needed a platform that would let customers rapidly implement and tailor workflows, forms and reports beyond the capabilities of typical browser-based HR apps.

HR²Results embedded an Architect toolkit built with Embarcadero Delphi to provide end‑user customization of functionality, workflows, dashboards and reports. The Delphi‑based approach enabled rapid development and mobile deployment (mobile apps in days), greater visibility and global workflow management, and the ability to deliver customizable templates that shorten implementation cycles and pass flexibility on to customers.
