Getinge Infection Control, part of Swedish Getinge AB, develops T‑DOC, an ERP and stock‑control system used in 1,200 hospitals across 44 countries. The Copenhagen team had to keep pace with rapid, global demand and expanding device and real‑time data needs while maintaining and growing a 4 million‑line codebase with a relatively small staff.

By standardizing on Embarcadero Delphi (XE7) and a single, backward‑compatible codebase, Getinge quickly built multi‑platform clients and prototypes, integrated databases easily, and added mobile and real‑time features.
