Aeronavigator - Customer Case Study

Aeronavigator, a Russian aviation software vendor founded in 1998, provides the Meridian integrated system for airline scheduling, fleet and crew management, and operational decision support. As airline personnel increasingly accessed Meridian from mobile devices, Aeronavigator faced the challenge of streamlining crew workflows, replacing heavy paper flight portfolios with secure electronic alternatives, and delivering native, offline-capable apps across Windows, Android and iOS while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Using Delphi, Aeronavigator developed three native mobile apps—Meridian.Crew, Meridian.OPT and Meridian.Cabin Crew—featuring encrypted data transmission, two-factor authentication, offline access and tight integration with the Meridian portal. The rollout reduced paper use and delivery time for regulations, automated crew and cabin processes, and gave airlines practical tools to cut costs and increase automation; the apps are now used by multiple carriers and are being migrated to 64-bit with additional ground-services functionality planned.
