Southern New Hampshire University faced fragmented, largely manual recruiting and enrollment across programs and campuses, which made coordinated outreach and consistent communication difficult. EMAS Pro implemented EMAS Recruitment Pro to centralize reporting, create custom data fields (including a “complete file” field), automate follow-ups and enable telecounseling, giving users direct access to data and self-service reporting. The result was measurable: staff saved time by eliminating manual communications, some departments went paperless, outreach increased at the inquiry stage, enrollment cycles shortened and conversion rates improved—while daily reports and better data management enabled faster admissions decisions and more data-driven recruitment planning.
