Eastern New Mexico University faced fragmented high-school contact data—“shadow” databases and multiple Excel lists maintained in shared Outlook cards—which created heavy reliance on a single Coordinator and caused delays for mailings, event planning and data pulls. Eastern New Mexico University, a long-time client of EMAS Pro, uses the EMAS Recruitment Pro Suite (along with Banner) and sought to consolidate contacts and streamline recruiting workflows.
Working with EMAS Pro, ENMU used the EMAS Pro Power Report Writer, repurposed the UDF1 screen, created an HSS market segment linked in the HSchools screen, and imported Outlook contacts into EMAS Recruitment Pro; they also built tailored reports and used the events screen for travel reporting. The EMAS Pro implementation eliminated the shadow database, saved time for the Coordinator, increased recruitment staff buy-in and ownership, and made mailings, event planning and reporting significantly more efficient.
