Water services company standardizes and connects its 75+ utility operations using eMaint CMMS

Inframark, a water and wastewater services provider operating in 16 states with 75+ contract operations and 1,500+ employees, needed a way to standardize maintenance across many independent sites and gain a centralized view of asset management. Disparate local systems blocked corporate visibility and made support inefficient, so the company required a powerful, cloud-based CMMS to collect, store, and use data for continuous improvement.

Inframark selected eMaint CMMS and executed a phased rollout starting with a Danville pilot, using an eMaint sandbox, standardized templates, consistent training, and an asset criticality framework to drive adoption. The implementation consolidated multi-site maintenance into a centralized platform, giving visibility into more than 30,000 assets across combined eMaint systems, enabling KPI tracking, custom backlog reporting, prioritized work orders, better capital-expenditure decisions for clients, and an ongoing culture of continuous improvement.
