Support services provider navigates the pandemic to safely implement eMaint CMMS software

HHS, a multi‑industry support services company headquartered in Dripping Springs, Texas, needed to standardize maintenance across its growing hospital and biomedical equipment business. The company faced disparate systems (and paper-based PMs), no historical asset data, staff resistance to change, and the added complication of scheduling rollouts during the COVID‑19 pandemic—including separate biomed and facilities implementations with heightened safety and travel restrictions.

HHS implemented eMaint CMMS, configuring separate programs for facilities and biomedical workflows, automating preventive maintenance scheduling, standardizing work orders, and training users via virtual resources. The team completed 13 implementations in under a year, brought roughly 13,000 assets under management, trained more than 66 users, enabled single‑login access and permission levels, and improved visibility, compliance readiness, and partner confidence.
