Oyster Bay Beach Resort, a 182‑room property on Dawn Beach in St. Maarten with restaurants, a spa, marina and timeshare units, faced a manual, ad hoc maintenance system that provided no reliable work history, asset tracking, invoice reconciliation or utility monitoring.
