NSG Group, a global glass manufacturer operating in 28 countries and serving architectural, automotive and technical markets, faced fragmented maintenance systems in 2015—some sites using MP2, others on spreadsheets or nonfunctional tools. The functional team needed a web-based CMMS with SAP interfacing, online training, live support and automatic updates to replace disparate solutions and standardize maintenance management.

By rolling out eMaint across seven North American plants and prioritizing locations with failing systems, NSG established a standardized asset hierarchy for over 10,000 assets and a Metrics Center dashboard that records daily PM completion rates and downtime. The system now drives monthly operational reporting, internal benchmarking, increased efficiency and accountability, and supports capital-planning decisions such as repair-versus-replace—helping NSG improve performance and gain a competitive edge.
