Nichols Brothers Configures eMaint to Support Oil and Gas Production, Facilities Management and Transportation

Nichols Brothers, a diversified Tulsa-based company with businesses in oil & gas production, transportation, real estate and more, manages over 10,000 assets across four divisions. Facing growing complexity—from 1,000 well sites and thousands of pieces of equipment to a 300-vehicle fleet and 500,000 sq. ft. of commercial space—the company relied on spreadsheets and needed a web-based system for planned and predictive maintenance plus regulatory compliance.

After attending eMaint training, Nichols Brothers implemented eMaint CMMS in a phased rollout and integrated it with FuelMan for fleet tracking. The configurable solution now supports each division’s workflows, centralizes assets and work orders, and uses dashboards and reporting to improve transparency. Results include faster issue resolution via a dedicated account manager, better compliance tracking (EPA, DEQ, DOT, OSHA), and streamlined maintenance across the organization.
