The New England Fertilizer Company (NEFCO) designs, builds and operates biosolids processing facilities that convert municipal wastewater byproducts into Class A fertilizer. NEFCO implemented eMaint across six plants after focused training and a KickStart implementation, creating a standardized database, preventive maintenance schedules and shared forms. Today roughly 100 users access work orders, SOPs and manuals via desktops and tablets; management tracks KPIs (MTBF, MTBR, open work orders), receives automated reorder alerts for critical spares, reduced hard-copy records, and improved compliance and uptime.
