MidFirst Bank Improves Work Order Process & Gains Visibility into Backlog with eMaint CMMS

MidFirst Bank, one of the largest privately owned banks in the U.S., oversees 29 facilities in the Phoenix area. Before 2010 the bank had no CMMS or formal preventive maintenance program, which made tracking and reporting maintenance work impossible; VP of Arizona Facilities Bill Winston selected eMaint for its ease of use and configurability.

Using eMaint and MX Mobile the team barcoded assets, equipped technicians with iPhones, and implemented online work orders with automated routing, emailed backlog reports, and a dashboard view. The result was a mobile, paperless process with improved visibility into completed work and backlog, increased work-order efficiency, and fewer maintenance calls after instituting preventive maintenance.
