Prestige Maintenance USA, a women-owned custodial and facilities services company founded in 1976, provides contract cleaning and facility maintenance to Big Box retailers and commercial/industrial accounts nationwide. As the business expanded into a new facility-maintenance and equipment-repair division, PMUSA needed a flexible, adaptable CMMS that could meet diverse client specifications and operational workflows across multiple divisions.

PMUSA implemented eMaint CMMS to auto-generate and route preventative and corrective work orders, tailor PM checklists to each client, and track labor, materials and costs. The system now supports nationwide contract maintenance, manages maintenance for 5,000+ assets, 15 offices and 115 vehicles, improves technician assignment and billing accuracy, and is being extended to spare-parts inventory and automated workflows.
