APTwater, Inc. is an international provider of advanced water treatment technologies that enable water reuse and environmental remediation and recently launched a contract maintenance services division. The company needed a flexible CMMS that showed asset relationships and supported remote field access across its California–Nevada territory; previous systems lacked that flexibility and visibility.

In early 2012 APTwater implemented eMaint, with onsite training and mobile access via wireless laptops, importing client assets, scheduling PMs and assigning work orders from the field. The result: reduced backlog of work orders and PMs, improved asset tracking and equipment health, better planning and compliance reporting, and a clear strategic advantage when competing for maintenance contracts.
