Champion Technologies, an environmentally responsible global oilfield production chemical company, struggled with maintenance requests and work orders being handled by word of mouth and paper processes, leaving no historical tracking and making accountability for environmental and safety regulations difficult. To meet stringent audit and compliance demands, they needed a reliable system to record, schedule and report maintenance activities across multiple sites.

Champion implemented eMaint CMMS, importing over 800 assets and creating calendar-based PM schedules while using the Scheduling Tool daily to assign and reassign work. The system now supports regulatory and ISO reporting, tracks 150 work orders monthly (PMs, inspections, repairs and projects), and records maintenance and labor for a seven-person department, improving planning, accountability and audit readiness.
