Associated Grocers, Inc., a Baton Rouge–based distributor serving 190 independent grocery stores across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas, operated a 24/7 warehousing operation supported by a 20-person maintenance team. Before eMaint, maintenance relied on multiple systems and three‑page carbon work orders that were manually re‑entered, which was time consuming, error prone, and limited visibility and productivity.

In May 2011 they implemented eMaint, importing assets, parts, work history and using custom mobile forms on iPods/iPhones/iPads (MX Mobile) and later upgraded to the Get Onboard plan for dedicated configuration support. The solution eliminated paper work orders, automated compliance tasks, enabled meter‑based PMs to avoid unnecessary work, improved warranty tracking and asset history, and delivered faster ROI and real‑time maintenance visibility.
