Anaergia, a Carlsbad, California company that builds and operates resource-recovery facilities to convert waste into energy and reduce carbon emissions, needed a more powerful, customizable CMMS to support its diverse global client base and streamline maintenance workflows. Many sites relied on handwritten logs or verbal updates, and Anaergia required a system that could automate tasks, optimize inspections, and scale across municipal, industrial and agricultural operations.

Anaergia implemented eMaint CMMS (customer since 2017), training staff and configuring the system to group inspection rounds, autogenerate PMs, trigger corrective actions on failures, and report processing metrics such as organics-per-hour. The result was time savings, cleaner work-order management, broader global deployment (examples in Limassol and Toronto), and readiness to roll out advanced multi-language, multi-currency X5 features and improved parts-inventory control.
