Tahiti Tourisme North America, the Destination Marketing Office for the islands of Tahiti, needed a reliable and cost-effective way to regularly communicate with media contacts and travel agents across North America. Working with EmailOpen™, the travel organization sought a better way to share story ideas, weather and product updates, cultural background, and promotional information through email newsletters and updates.
EmailOpen™ delivered a partner communication solution that included branded e-newsletters, special updates, and measurement and tracking tools, including Partner Updates, Tiare News, Te Parau Api, and Special Updates. The result was targeted, easy-to-produce communications sent to more than 5,000 partners, with strong engagement metrics such as a 34% average open rate for a hurricane alert email and over 60% of certified travel agents opening Tiare News each month.
