Dyno Nobel, a global leader in the commercial explosives industry, needed to transition its long-running print newsletter, *Connections*, into an email version while also giving its internal communications team a simple way to manage branded employee communications. The company turned to EmailOpen and its Message Builders platform for consulting, design, and technical support, along with the ability to send corporate-wide emails, surveys, and quizzes.

EmailOpen implemented a customized e-newsletter called eConnect with branded design, Lotus Notes-compatible programming, multilingual attachment support, and integrated surveys and quizzes. The result was a highly engaged employee audience, with eConnect achieving a readership rate of more than 75 percent, while supporting timely change-management communications during a corporate acquisition.
