A EmailLabs Case Study
Briju, a Polish jewelry brand with over 70 stores and an online shop, faced significant email delivery challenges. Their transactional and marketing emails were being sent from a shared infrastructure, which caused critical messages like order confirmations to be misclassified into promotional tabs or spam. This led to customer frustration, especially among less tech-savvy users. Furthermore, emails experienced severe delays of 30-40 minutes and lacked proper authorization with major email providers, triggering security alerts. To address these issues, they partnered with the vendor EmailLabs.
EmailLabs implemented a solution that separated Briju's transactional and marketing emails onto different 'from' addresses and dedicated SMTP servers. This ensured messages were correctly classified and delivered to the primary inbox. The dedicated infrastructure also prioritized transactional traffic, slashing delivery times to a fraction of a second. By leveraging EmailLabs's pre-authorized relationships with Polish email providers, all messages were automatically trusted, eliminating security warnings. The results included a 99.98% deliverability rate and the immediate arrival of order confirmations, which improved the customer experience and protected the brand's sender reputation.
