A ELMA365 Case Study
Zapsibkombank, a major West Siberian commercial bank included by the Central Bank of Russia among important payment-service institutions, faced the need to modernize its IT landscape, reduce heavy paper use, and introduce clear, scalable process management across multiple branches with varying internet quality. To address this, the bank chose ELMA365 (ELMA BPM/ECM platform) beginning in 2013 for its BPMN‑friendly modeling, web interface, reporting and local implementation support.
Working with ELMA365 and partner Tyumbit‑ASU, Zapsibkombank iteratively automated core workflows—eventually implementing 132 business processes for about 2,830 users and processing roughly 760,446 transactions—resulting in near‑elimination of internal paper circulation, faster decision‑making, clearer accountability and measurable savings in time and printing. ELMA365’s flexible, user‑friendly BPM tooling and subsequent performance tuning delivered improved transparency and enabled the bank to scale complex, branch‑wide processes.
