Teledoc is a fintech service platform spun out of the Solid Finance House that helps businesses participate in public contracts by arranging banker guarantees, tenders and loans while coordinating offers from multiple banks. Facing rapid growth and heavy document volumes, Teledoc needed to automate complex sales and approval workflows, integrate with bank and procurement systems, and support hundreds of external users—so it implemented process management with ELMA365 (ELMA BPM/BPMS) as the core of its IT infrastructure.
ELMA365 was deployed to connect internal and external tools, automate more than 100 business processes for 700–1,000 users, and integrate with Solid Bank and state procurement services. The solution streamlined single‑window document submission, automated banker‑guarantee and loan workflows, added CRM call logging and a simplified partner interface, and improved reporting and analytics. As a result, Teledoc reduced partner support questions, increased orders after the interface launch, and gained the operational capacity to handle large volumes of contracts and guarantees—supporting the company’s measurable growth (Teledoc reported 12,000 new customers in 2017).
