Standart, a meat‑processing plant in Kurgan and one of Russia’s top five canned‑meat manufacturers, struggled to control a rapidly growing number of distributor trade‑marketing campaigns — rising from about 20 to over 100 per month — which caused delays in paperwork, indemnity processing and coordination across departments. To regain control and standardize operations they chose the ELMA365 BPM system to automate their marketing and sales processes.

Using ELMA365, Standart’s in‑house team modeled and automated the distributor campaign workflow, integrated the BPM system with 1C for financial document creation, and trained users during rollout. The ELMA365 implementation reduced campaign launch time by 2–6 days, minimized failed campaigns, accelerated distributor reimbursements, made processes auditable and transparent, and turned marketing into a measurable, business‑driving function.
