Samarsky Transformator, a long‑established Russian maker of arc suppression coils, transformers and vacuum circuit breakers with a branched production and regional marketing structure, struggled to track production phases, approvals and orders as its product line and remote teams grew. To standardize workflows and eliminate lost papers and delays, the company chose ELMA365’s business process management system (and later its CRM module), beginning deployment in 2010.

ELMA365 automated core processes (starting with memo/document approval), integrated the solution with the company ERP, enabled digital signatures and mobile access, and provided training materials for rollout. The ELMA365 implementation expanded from 50 initial licenses to 207 users, supporting 50 business processes and 94,426 transactions, and delivered roughly a 30% increase in processing speed, improved transparency and document search, higher on‑time execution and better schedule compliance across the group.
