RGS Life - Customer Case Study

RGS Life, a leading Russian life-insurance company with 10,000 employees, about 1 million clients and operations in 74 regions, was struggling with opaque, centralized business processes, error-prone document routing and inefficient claims and contract handling. To modernize and automate process management, RGS Life chose ELMA365’s ELMA BPM (BPMN 2.0) solution in 2015.

Working with ELMA365, RGS Life completed a four-month pilot and then rolled ELMA BPM out to 300+ users, integrating it with personal client accounts and back-office systems to automate contracting, claims routing and other operational workflows. ELMA365 delivered secure data exchange, automated routing and real-time process visibility; within a year ELMA BPM processed 150,000 requests, cut reliance on email, improved transparency and earned positive feedback from regional offices.
