A ELMA365 Case Study

Proton-Electrotex - Customer Case Study

Proton‑Electrotex, a leading European developer and manufacturer of semiconductor power devices with ~400 employees and 400,000 units produced annually, faced rapid growth and fragmented business processes. Small supporting processes were poorly connected to core manufacturing and project workflows, making repeatability, transparency and cross‑departmental collaboration difficult. To standardize executable business processes and improve project management, Proton‑Electrotex selected the ELMA365 BPM and project management platform.

ELMA365 was piloted with a 10‑person team for about a month and then rolled out company‑wide, delivering task execution, teamwork tools, project templates, and electronic document workflow integrated into the company’s information space. The implementation made processes reproducible and transparent, reduced paper circulation through digital approvals, and encouraged employees to initiate and manage projects in ELMA365; ELMA365 support typically resolved technical issues in about two days. The vendor’s combination of software and consulting enabled Proton‑Electrotex to standardize operations and accelerate adoption across the business.
