Ostrova, a decade-old property developer behind projects such as Snegiri, Vivaldi and Sunrise, faced growing complexity coordinating hundreds of tasks across departments while launching a new residential area for 9,000 people. To create a single information space, standardize approvals and prevent lost documents, Ostrova selected ELMA365 (deploying ELMA BPM and ELMA CRM+) after a six-month vendor evaluation and planning phase.
