Megapolis - Customer Case Study

Megapolis, the largest publishing house in Tyumen with an 11‑year history, faced rapid growth in projects, complex multi‑stage contract workflows, scattered documents and the need for remote access and unified management accounting. To gain control and streamline approvals, Megapolis began testing and then rolling out the ELMA365 process‑management platform (ELMA) in 2013 to centralize sales, contracts and project handling.

ELMA365 delivered a combined CRM, BPM, ECM and project management solution integrated with 1C, automating contract approval (including automatic appendix/media‑plan generation), task notifications and consolidated reporting. As a result, contract signing now takes about an hour, an assistant‑lawyer position was eliminated, chief‑accountant reporting time was reduced by 2–3 days, and Megapolis now runs 21 business processes and nearly 46,000 transactions through the ELMA365 system, improving transparency and enabling managers to assign and track work remotely.
