Leading Recycling Company is a Russian recycling firm founded in 2009 that handles complex disposal of electronics, industrial and medical equipment across multiple sites and thousands of clients. Faced with rapid growth and fragmented processes—sales, contract handling, document scans and partner coordination—the company sought a BPM/process automation solution and adopted ELMA365 (the ELMA BPM system) to digitize and standardize its workflows.

ELMA365 implemented automated business processes for sales, document management and CRM, creating a centralized customer database with scanned contracts, contract-status tracking (e.g., CS/OCR), configurable sales funnels and KPI reporting; the KUB project now distributes tailored data to 650 company sites and ELMA365 is being integrated with IP telephony for call logging and recordings. As a result, Leading Recycling Company sped up operations, improved workload distribution and visibility across departments, achieved the original goals of process optimization and control, and gained actionable process statistics for continuous improvement.
