JSC ASE, the managing company of the ASE Group within State Corporation Rosatom, faced a need to boost project-management efficiency and digitize many manual workflows across an IT landscape of 100+ systems. To centralize and automate business processes, JSC ASE adopted ELMA365’s ELMA BPM platform to replace paper-based approvals, increase transparency and enforce schedule compliance.

ELMA365 integrated ELMA BPM with Active Directory and email, rolling the system out to 4,000 users and delivering 24 automated projects in 2016. Quick wins included a Transportation Request process (now handling 10–15 orders per day) and an internal reporting workflow developed in 3–4 weeks that placed 5th in a 65-entry contest; overall results were centralized, transparent processes, measurable KPIs, significantly improved schedule compliance, reduced paperwork, and mobile task management.
