I-Teco, a leading Russian IT company with more than 2,500 experts and 2017 revenue above 30 billion rubles, faced challenges managing approvals across a project-oriented, fast-changing organizational structure. After finding a traditional document management system too clumsy for dynamic approval workflows, I-Teco selected ELMA365 to achieve comfortable, paperless approvals for contracts, budgets, business trips, NDAs and inter-department work orders.

ELMA365 was implemented rapidly (contract signed in August 2013 and deliverables accepted within three months) to provide flexible workflow configuration, document versioning and search, and automated routing for multi-approver processes. The ELMA365 solution enabled remote decision-making by top managers, reduced routing errors through automatic process guidance, and now supports reporting and analytics to improve management decisions across I-Teco’s dispersed teams.
