Creating a system for estimation of project costs in Ertle Stroy

Ertle Stroy, a Kyiv-based construction company working on production, agri‑food, logistics and retail facilities, faced the need to automate project cost estimation and tighten control over contractor fees, salaries, logistics and document flows. To address this, they implemented ELMA365’s ELMA BPM platform to build a sector-specific cost-estimation and process-automation system.

Using ELMA365, Ertle Stroy created an automated estimator that converts and aggregates salaries, outsourcing, logistics and travel into project costs and also automated document management, HR, CRM, reporting and KPIs. The ELMA365 solution lowered financial risk via a contractor database and approval controls, sped up delegation and task execution, and supported growth—Ertle Stroy now runs 20+ simultaneous projects with 200+ users, about 2,000 transactions per month, and has opened four new branch offices in Poland and the CIS.
