Center Inc., one of Russia’s largest home appliances and electronics retail chains (220+ stores across 130+ cities and almost 7,000 employees), struggled with complex coordination, document logistics and inconsistent procedures between its head office and remote stores. To address these issues the company adopted the ELMA365 BPM platform (ELMA) in 2007 to standardize workflows, task assignment and deadline monitoring across the organization.
Center Inc. implemented ELMA365 themselves using ELMA Designer and an unlimited license to automate 24 business processes for about 1,000 users, processing 94,622 transactions to date. ELMA365 centralized document and request handling, streamlined hiring and store-opening workflows, provided clear task tracking and became a core management tool—driving wide adoption and measurable transaction volume while paving the way for further integration with the company’s 1C systems.
