A ELMA365 Case Study
VestaBank needed to cut the time and cost of processing applications to improve services for small and mid-sized businesses. To do this it partnered with ELMA365, deploying the ELMA BPM platform to automate document management, scoring and transaction analysis, build an electronic document archive and a unified customer database.
With ELMA365 the bank automated its settlement-account opening process within a month, integrated the BPM with the core banking system, external checks and messengers, and implemented KPIs and reporting. Results include reducing account opening to 53 minutes and 23 customer actions, scaling to roughly 18–20k applications per month, cutting six FTEs (saving about 700,000 rubles/month), and improving schedule compliance and error rates—contributing to VestaBank’s top Markswebb ranking.
