ABI PRODUCT, a leading Russian meat processor with three plants, 150 products and distribution across 48 regions, faced slow, paper‑based contract workflows and fragmented corporate information that hindered transparency and timely decisions. To standardize routing, speed approvals and integrate corporate data, ABI PRODUCT deployed ELMA365’s document management and process‑automation platform.

ELMA365 automated contract approval, administrative and incoming/outgoing document routing, and assignment/execution of document‑based tasks, integrating with the corporate directory, 1C and Axapta. The rollout (completed in six months) now supports about 1,500 users, 55 business processes and 125,748 transactions, eliminated paper bottlenecks, increased transparency and control, revealed and fixed process bottlenecks, reduced non‑productive time and enabled better resource allocation and employee performance evaluation with ELMA365.
