University of Idaho Makes Experience Their Own with MyUI to Empower Student Success

University of Idaho was dealing with an outdated student portal that forced students to jump between multiple software systems and websites to complete everyday tasks. The university partnered with Ellucian and its Experience platform to replace that legacy setup with a more modern, tailored digital experience for students, faculty, and staff.

Using Ellucian Experience, University of Idaho built a customized MyUI dashboard with role-specific cards for financial aid, registration, library room reservations, and more. The result was a streamlined one-stop portal that improved the look and feel of the student experience, reduced administrative friction, and earned positive feedback during a beta rollout that reached as many as 700 unique users.
